Annual Opportunities

The Hukilau

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Our Hukilau event is an adults only function, which includes a silent auction, live auction, dinner and dancing. It is a fun evening for the parents of the Hopkinson community to come together in support for the school. This year’s event will take place on Friday, April 28th, 2023 at The Grand in Long Beach. Sponsorship opportunities are available, and we are also looking for donations from our Husky community. Fall Fundraiser

We sell Gift Wrap as a Fall fundraiser and half of the profits stay here at Hopkinson! Families have the option to sell product or buy-out.

Box Tops has gone digital. Download the Box Tops app to start earning money.

This is an easy way for everyone to participate, just turn in your Box Tops and Hopkinson will get back cash donations to buy PE Equipment or other needed classroom materials. Box Tops is changing to fit today’s families. The new and improved Box Tops mobile app uses state-of-the-art technology to scan your store receipt, find participating products and instantly add Box Tops to your school’s earnings online.

Family Nights

Family Nights are held throughout the year at local restaurants which in turn donate a portion of their proceeds on designated evenings to Hopkinson. Watch your Take Home Tuesday for upcoming events.

Amazon Smile

This is a a free, easy to use way for our school to get money. A portion of each of your purchases from Amazon comes right back to our school. Learn more about it and how to set it up here:

E-Scrip

This is another easy way to support FOH. At the beginning of each year, register your Ralphs and Vons club cards online and a portion of monies spent in designated stores comes back to Hopkinson. Click here to order from Office Depot and Amazon and a portion of your purchase will come back to Hopkinson!

School Supplies

We sell School Supply kits for each grade level and a portion of each supply pack goes back to FOH.

Matching Funds

Many local companies will match it’s employees donations to Friends of Hopkinson! Bank of America, GE, The Gap, Johnson & Johnson, Toyota Motor Sales, BP, Boeing, Direct TV, Wells Fargo, The Capital Group, and Raytheon are just a few of the companies that offer matching gifts. Visit your company’s Human Resource Department to find out if your company offers a corporate matching program!
